Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Dossinia marmorata, the marble jewel orchid, is one of the most sought-after jewel orchids for its deep velvety leaves marked with intricate silver-white marbling, a rare and striking addition to any collection.
- Light: Prefers low to medium indirect light. Direct sun will bleach or scorch the leaves, so a shaded terrarium spot or filtered light works best.
- Moisture: Keep soil evenly moist but never waterlogged. Water when the top layer starts to dry, and mist occasionally to maintain leaf moisture.
- Humidity: Needs high humidity, ideally 70-85%, making closed or mostly closed terrariums the best home for this species.
- Potting medium: A well-draining, airy mix of sphagnum moss, orchid bark, and perlite keeps roots healthy while retaining enough moisture.
- Temperature: Prefers warm, stable conditions between 20-27°C and should be kept away from cold drafts or sudden temperature swings.
A true collector's piece for jewel orchid and terrarium enthusiasts looking for something special.
