- Moisture: Likes evenly moist soil that never dries out completely or stays waterlogged. Water when the topsoil starts to dry, and mist regularly.
- Humidity: Thrives at high humidity, ideally 65-80%, making it well suited to closed or partially closed terrariums.

- Temperature: Grows best in warm, stable conditions between 18-26°C, away from cold drafts.
